Type & Traits is designed to work without accounts, a database, advertising trackers, or analytics.
Stored on your device
Assessment progress and your most recent result are stored in your browser's local storage so you can refresh or return later. You can remove them by restarting a test or clearing site data in your browser.
What sharing includes
Shared result URLs contain the calculated scores needed to reconstruct the page, never individual answers, email addresses, or device identifiers. Comparison links also include any nicknames you choose to enter. Anyone with a shared link can view the information contained in it.
No hidden collection
This version does not send assessment responses to a server. Normal hosting infrastructure may still process basic connection information, such as an IP address, when delivering the website.
